Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a seasonal Warehouse Associate in Pine Brook, NJ to support receiving and shipping duties from June to October. The role involves locating and transferring product, processing serialized items, and assisting with quality control.

You will lift up to 50 pounds and may assist with deliveries as needed. The position runs Monday through Friday on a day shift, with an end-date projected in September or October.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to understand warehouse locations and locate product.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Able to quickly identify errors and retain the knowledge of how to correct them.
• Ability to thrive under deadline based assignments.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for long periods; walk up to 2 miles; climb ladders if needed.

Responsibilities

• Locate and transfer product for sales orders that generate daily; match physical product with description on sales order.
• Process and sort serialized product.
• Assist with quality control maintenance of rental product.
• Prepare product for shipping utilizing company standards.
• Load and unload vehicle, sometimes taking or removing items from rolling cart.
• Move product to a different location in a facility or help pack carts to load.
• Assist warehouse associates with other duties as assigned.

Job description

The purpose of this job is to perform general warehouse duties ensuring timely receipt and delivery of product.This position is seasonal and expected to be needed from June to October.This position will require stepping in for occasional warehouse deliveries, and requires and active driver's license to be considered

Compensation: $19.00 per hour.

Schedule: Monday - Friday Day Shift

• Process and sort serialized product
• Assist with quality control maintenance of rental product
• Prepare product for shipping utilizing company standards

• Move product to a different location in a facility or help pack carts to load
• Assist warehouse associates with other duties as assigned
