Job summary

Unicity's Henderson warehouse, a non-production site, focuses on labeling, packing, and distribution. The Assistant Warehouse Manager will lead a small team, handle forklift duties, and manage daily plans while ensuring regulatory readiness in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ERP experience (NAV/BC preferred), strong inventory control, and hands-on leadership to maintain safety and accuracy across all warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse or distribution with 2+ years supervising.
• ERP inventory systems experience; NAV/BC preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-4 associates and temporary staff during peak season.
• Oversee dock operations, forklift activity and scheduling.
• Post inventory transactions and run cycle counts in NAV.
• Ensure accuracy of lot tracking, FIFO and shipping docs.
• Coordinate labeling, kitting, repacking and QA with teams.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and readiness for inspections.
