Job summary

Home Market Foods seeks a Site Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations across receiving, storage, and shipping, while owning inventory accuracy for frozen, refrigerated, and dry goods. This role drives continuous improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in warehouse management, strong ERP and Excel skills, and experience coaching hourly staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Experience leading hourly employees and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and cycle counting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, and material movement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and own inventory management processes.
• Manage receipt, storage, and handling of materials while ensuring segregation requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, trigger points, and replenishment activities to support production.
• Lead and coach a high-performing warehouse team focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate ERP transactions and timely transfers.
