Job summary

A water production company in Arkansas is seeking an experienced warehouse staff member responsible for organizing storage and monitoring inventory. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Management or related fields and have 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English and Khmer is required. The role involves using a forklift, conducting stock counts, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Organize storage and warehouse space for proper storage and condition of materials.
  • Check and verify RMPM from suppliers for accuracy and condition.
  • Transfer stocks to production following FIFO policy principles.
  • Conduct daily physical stocks count to prevent loss or damage.
  • Implement process control for safe casual staff operations.
  • Drive forklift to arrange materials appropriately.
  • Follow GMP, 5S, and RMPM FIFO implementation procedures.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by superior.

Education

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Organize storage and warehouse space to ensure that RMPM received from production are placed with proper storage and condition
  • Check and verify RMPM received from suppliers to ensure that RMPM received are correct with good condition.
  • Transfer stocks RMPM to production following transfer slip & FIFO policy principles
  • Conduct daily physical stocks count in every shift-end to ensure there is no any loss or damage
  • Implement process control to ensure that casual staff work in a safe manner
  • Driver forklift to arrange and place materials in the right place
  • Follow the implementation procedure of GMP, 5S and RMPM FIFO
  • Other task as assigned by superior
Job Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Bachelor Degree in Management, Administration, Accounting or related fields.
  • Experiences:
    • 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse or Inventory Control
  • Skills and knowledge:
    • Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point)
    • Be able to use good English and Khmer
