Job summary

Springs Window Fashions and Affiliated Companies in New Jersey is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations, pick orders, load/unload shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy.

This on-site role requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma, and readiness to work overtime; forklift training may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift license and training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders in accordance with the order form specifications using lift or order picker.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Print labels and inventory tickets.
• Initiate cycle count requests when inventory variances are detected.
• Band/Wrap skids for delivery.
• Complete import/export paperwork as necessary.
• Clean assigned areas and recycle as appropriate.
• Perform daily maintenance on warehouse equipment (charge/clean batteries).
• Operate straight lift/order picker/reach lift.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Job Purpose

Support warehouse daily operations

Job Duties

• Pick orders in accordance with the order form specifications, using lift or order picker


• Load and unload trucks


• Print labels and inventory tickets


• Initiate cycle count requests when inventory variances are detected


• Band/Wrap skids for delivery


• Complete import/export paperwork as necessary

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Minimum - High School Diploma or equivalent


• 3-6 months manufacturing experience Preferred


• May be required to have Fork Lift driver's license and training

• Basic computer skills


• Knowledge of FRN system


• Accuracy/Attention to detail


• Must be able to work assigned overtime


• Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, have good organizational skills, and able to prioritize
