Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Property Management supervision in supportive housing.
Ability to effectively interface with government agencies.
Knowledge of funding sources for housing including HUD, Section 8.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all housing regulations including LIHTC and Fair Housing laws.
Oversee financial management and budget preparation for all properties.
Manage operations to meet benchmarks and regulatory agreements.
