Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Property Management supervision in supportive housing.
• Ability to effectively interface with government agencies.
• Knowledge of funding sources for housing including HUD, Section 8.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all housing regulations including LIHTC and Fair Housing laws.
• Oversee financial management and budget preparation for all properties.
• Manage operations to meet benchmarks and regulatory agreements.
