Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience required.
• Preferred certifications: CCRP, ACRP-CP, CCRC, CCRA, FACHE, or other clinical research/healthcare leadership credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic plans for Clinical Research Services across campus and satellite locations.
• Provides executive leadership over clinical research operations and study activation processes.
• Directs leaders and staff to achieve operational excellence and high service quality.
• Manages budgets, financial plans, and resource allocation.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and training programs across departments.
• Represents the unit in institutional committees and external forums.
• Collaborates with faculty, finance, and clinical partners to advance research objectives.
