Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of business and management principles.
• Ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate department operations.
• Ability to establish department goals and objectives that support the strategic plan.
• Ability to effectively plan, delegate and/or supervise the work of others.
• Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions.
• Ability to translate and present complicated concepts into simple items with actionable analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develops and tracks financial performance metric standards across the clinical enterprise.
• Ensures monthly financial reviews and productivity reviews are conducted.
• Presents financial reports to operational leadership on a routine basis.
• Coordinates and assists leadership in strategic plan coordination and financial oversight.
• Directs operating plan preparation and forecasting with FP&A.
• Monitors financial performance of service lines across the enterprise.
• Serves as the Clinical Finance representative on committees as requested.
• Trains, mentors, hires, and supervises department staff.
• Ensures internal control oversight and compliance with laws and regulations.
