• Experience leading large-scale Client Service or call centers with a fast pace and high call volume.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive client support strategy.
• Expand revenue through coaching for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
