Job summary

Unum is seeking a product leader to identify, build, and scale agentic and generative AI products across the enterprise. The role requires proven experience developing and deploying AI in large organizations and transforming analytics into trusted, scalable products used in business workflows.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team across PMs, Owners, BAs, and AI specialists, partnering with Finance, Marketing and Operations to deliver measurable business value and governance.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience in technology or digital organizations.
Proven experience building, shipping and scaling agentic AI products in production.
Ability to move AI solutions from prototype to production with measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and drive strategic AI-based products/solutions, focusing on Agentic and Generative AI.
Influence senior executives around strategies and investments related to AI.
Lead a world-class team of Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and other AI-focused professionals with cross-discipline partnerships across the enterprise.
Define and evangelize AI capabilities and ensure alignment with business value and governance.
