Join to apply for the Mortgage Servicing Data Architect role at Consolidated Analytics.

The Mortgage Servicing Data Architect is responsible for working with the client’s mortgage servicing reporting teams to understand how default servicing monthly reports are created and to recommend efficiency and automation opportunities.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. No C2C – corp to corp, No 1099, No W9.

The successful candidate must work with the Data Architecture team to compare data sources between the client’s data in Snowflake and the client’s network service to identify data gaps and convert data sources.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review and assess mortgage servicing reports, including layout, rules, and data sources.
• Conduct meetings with reporting and operations staff to understand the reporting structure and recommend enhancements and automation.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on tracking report changes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage servicing, default servicing, and reporting experience, with the ability to solve complex reporting problems.
• Experience with GSE (FNMA/FHLMC), GNMA, Private Investor loans, and bank-owned loans.
• Proficiency in mortgage servicing, default reporting, and workflow systems.
• Expertise in SQL and Snowflake (Data Warehouse).
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including V-Lookup, H-Lookup, formulas, Conditional Formatting, and Pivot Tables.
