Job summary

Rhythm City Casino Resort is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant to park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently while upholding a professional demeanor.

You will greet patrons, provide excellent service, maintain the security of keys, log tips, and follow company procedures. Schedule varies, part-time role with $8.00/hr including premium pay and 20 hours PTO on hire.

Job description

A Valet Attendant is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in an efficient and timely manner while demonstrating a friendly, inviting, and professional demeanor.

Essential Functions

• Provides exceptional customer service to all internal and external guests.
• Greets all patrons and responds to their questions in a positive and friendly manner.
• Required to possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record that meets our insurance carrier’s requirements.
• Thorough knowledge of driving and roadway laws and regulations.
• Responsible for the safe parking and retrieval of all types of vehicles in a timely manner.
• Ensure all vehicles are checked for damage, ticketed, locked, and keys returned to Valet Booth.
• Maintain security of vehicle keys in an orderly manner and log them appropriately in the valet retrieval system.
• Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas.
• Count and record tips received.
• Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
• Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.
• Supports current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behaviour.
• Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgement.
• Job duties, tasks, work hours, work requirements, and other duties as assigned may be added or changed at any time.

Required

• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet driving requirements established by the company’s insurance carrier.
• Must complete all company-required training within designated time frames.
• Must obtain direct deposit within one week of start date.

Schedule

Schedule varies, to include nights, weekends & holidays

Part-time, $8.00/hr (Including Premium Pay) and 20 hours of Paid Time Off upon hire.
