The Gardner School of Warrenville is hiring an Assistant Two's Teacher to support the lead teacher in delivering age-appropriate curriculum in a state-of-the-art preschool. You will help foster a loving learning environment, support children's daily routines, and maintain strong relationships with families.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and at least one year of experience with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• 1+ year experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Offer nurturing guidance supporting children's emotional and behavioral development.
• Maintain respectful relationships with parents and families.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom by supporting daily routines and hygiene.
• Collaborate with teaching teams to ensure consistency across classrooms.
• Uphold a professional, team-oriented mindset.
