Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in management is preferred.
• 3+ years in a truck service or automotive environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with service tracking and inventory management software.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing overall operations of the Truck Services department, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Supervise and train staff, promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Monitor workflow and support troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and safety standards are followed.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and ensure timely service execution.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
• Support revenue growth by monitoring expenses and outcomes.
• Act in place of the Truck Services Manager when they are absent.
