Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in management or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a truck service or automotive environment, preferably in supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial performance metrics, including P&L management.
• Proficient in the use of computer systems and software for service tracking and inventory management.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing overall operations of the Truck Services department, ensuring policies are followed.
• Supervise and train staff, promoting teamwork and service excellence.
• Monitor workflow and assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and safety standards are followed.
• Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies for timely services.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and provide solutions promptly.
• Support revenue growth initiatives and monitor expenses to help meet financial goals.
• Perform duties of the Truck Services Manager in their absence.
