Transit is seeking a staff member to assist in planning and coordinating Motorcoach and Paratransit activities within the Operations Division of the Transit Department. Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in business; and
Three (3) years of transit operator experience.
Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License, or the ability to obtain by date of hire.
Possession of a valid City Operator's Permit (COP) within six (6) months from date of hire.
Possession of a valid New Mexico Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B with a Passenger (P) endorsement within a three (3) week period from completion of City CDL training.
Must be able to maintain CDL once obtained.
Must pass Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and required drug testing.
Office environment, field environment, exposure to smoke, fumes, gases, hazardous materials.
Essential and supplemental functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time in the operation of motorized equipment and vehicles.
