Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workouts for sprinters and jumpers; teach proper techniques to maximize performance and prevent injuries.
• Assist at meets by managing event check-ins, warming up athletes, and providing technical feedback during competition.
• Athlete development: focus on skill acquisition for sprints, relays, and jumps.
• Administration: assist with team, inventory, and facility maintenance; ensure compliance with school, district, and athletic association rules.
