Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Instruction: Design and implement workouts for sprinters and jumpers; teach proper techniques to maximize performance and prevent injuries.
Meet Management: Assist at meets by managing event check-ins, warming up athletes, and providing technical feedback during competition.
Athlete Development: Focus on skill acquisition for sprints, relays, and jumps.
Administration: Assist with team, inventory, and facility maintenance; ensure compliance with school, district, and athletic association rules.

Required Qualifications & Skills
