The Camas School District seeks an assistant track coach for Skyridge Middle School. First Aid/CPR is required or obtained upon hire. Previous track coaching experience and strong interpersonal skills are preferred; you will collaborate

  • Manage behavior effectively during practices and competitions, employing behavior management techniques as necessary.
  • Communicate regularly with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders regarding progress and expectations.
  • Organize competitions and events, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
  • Stay current with trends in sports coaching, physical education, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a comprehensive athletic program.
