Job summary

Bright Brothers of South Charlotte is seeking a reliable Assistant Technician to support our field teams with exterior cleaning and holiday lighting installations. This hands-on outdoor role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork, with full training provided.

We offer competitive pay, paid training, a respectful culture, opportunities for advancement, and seasonal bonus potential; schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training provided to operate cleaning tools.
• Able to work on ladders and at heights.
• Able to stand, bend and lift for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload work trucks safely and efficiently.
• Assist Lead Technician with soft washing and holiday lighting installations.
• Follow procedures to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Protect landscaping, surfaces and customer property during jobs.
• Perform light equipment maintenance and clean-up.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
