Job summary

Bright Brothers of South Charlotte is seeking a reliable Assistant Technician to support field teams in soft washing and holiday lighting installations. This is a hands-on outdoor role with safety and teamwork as priorities, and no prior experience is required because full training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment with training provided.
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
• Able to stand, bend and lift for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload work trucks with tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist Lead Technician with residential and commercial soft washing and holiday lighting installations.
• Follow company procedures to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Take precautions to protect landscaping, surfaces, and customer property during cleaning and lighting jobs.
• Perform light equipment maintenance and clean-up duties.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
