European Wax Center in Nashville, TN is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support the Center Sales Leader in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving KPI targets. You will coach Front Desk Associates, build strong team morale, and help achieve sales goals through effective processes and analytics.

The role offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions and benefits for full-time associates, including health/dental/vision, a 401(k), and paid time off.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of retail/sales experience (required)
• Proven success as an effective sales leader
• Exceptional customer service and social skills including the ability to communicate effectively in all situations including guest relations, conflict resolution, individual coaching and group presentations

Mansioni

• Action planning and coaching Front Desk Associates to achieve a center sales goal, in collaboration with the CSL
• Drive center and individual metrics through effective trained processes
• Infuse the team with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages ideas with the Center Manager
• Create visual tracking and analytical reports
• Assist in all aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends
