Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or service.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong coaching, mentorship, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze metrics and drive revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of associates and wax specialists.
