European Wax Center in New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to work with the Center Sales Leader, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience while driving KPI targets and profitability. You will lead by example and help the team achieve sales goals with a focus on growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include coaching Front Desk staff, driving metrics through trained processes, creating actionable reports, and maintaining a positive work environment that reflects the brand

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail/sales experience required.
• Proven success as an effective sales leader.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach Front Desk Associates to achieve center sales goals.
• Drive center and individual metrics through trained processes.
• Create visual tracking and analytical reports.
• Foster a positive work environment with the Center Manager.
• Support daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Be flexible with morning, night, and weekend shifts.
