Harmony School of Science - El Paso seeks an instructional assistant to support teachers with student goals, manage classroom environments, and supervise students during meals, recess, and events. The role involves helping prepare ARD/IEP paperwork and collecting data for reports.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with preference for 48 college hours, experience with children, and TEA Aide certification or ability to obtain it.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred for consideration.
• At least 48 college hours are preferred.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Certification as a Texas Educational Aide (or ability to obtain) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist teachers with student academic goals by working with groups or individuals.
• Support classroom management and learning environments.
• Supervise students during meals, recess, and events.
• Prepare paperwork for ARD/IEP processes and collect data for reports.
• Assist with differentiated instruction planning and implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
