Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks an assistant teacher to support small-group instruction in in-district classrooms and standalone schools.

You will monitor student progress, communicate with parents, and implement SESI's instructional model, including PBIS CASE. This role focuses on collaboration with teachers and dedication to diverse learners; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience or bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead small group instruction and implement SESI's academic rotational model.
• Partner with the teacher to provide customized behavioral and academic support and conduct assessments.
• Reinforce learning, assign relevant tasks, and use data to tailor materials.
