Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications or obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Ability to read, write, speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and partners.
