Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Teacher to support young learners in a nurturing classroom. You will implement curriculum, create a safe space for play and learning, and engage with families to support education and development.

You will collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, building positive relationships with families and community partners to ensure high-quality care for children.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication with families.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and well-being.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
