Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a Teacher to implement curriculum tailored to each child, creating a safe and nurturing classroom where kids can learn and grow. You will partner with parents to deliver high-quality care and education, and support center goals around enrollment and engagement.

Responsibilities include collaboration with center staff and leadership, building relationships with families and community partners, and upholding safety and developmental standards in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Willingness to meet state qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English language communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
