Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support young learners in our classrooms, delivering the curriculum, creating a safe, nurturing environment, and partnering with families.

You will collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment and accreditation goals, while building strong relationships with parents, licensing authorities, and community partners to ensure exceptional care and learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's development.
• Support center enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
