Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualification requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Must read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
