Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to support early childhood education across our centers. You’ll implement our curriculum tailored to each child, creating a safe, engaging classroom where kids can explore and learn.

You’ll partner with families and center staff to promote enrollment, accreditation, and positive outcomes for young learners, while building strong relationships with the community and authorities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to engage with children safely and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
