Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to support young learners across our classrooms. You will implement our curriculum and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn, while partnering with parents to foster growth and development.

You will work with center staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals, building positive relationships with families and local partners to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet state qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English literacy and communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistently with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children’s education and development.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals.
