KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking teachers to implement our curriculum in classrooms and support children's growth in a safe, nurturing environment. You will partner with families and center staff to deliver high-quality care and education for each child.

In this role you will engage with parents, support enrollment goals, and contribute to accreditation efforts while building strong community relationships across the center and beyond.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn through play.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
