Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the Teacher role or be willing to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to read, write, speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's care and education.
• Support center success by coordinating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
