Job summary

Lasting Impressions Child Development Center in Clarksburg, WV is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our Infant/Toddler classroom. You will support daily routines, engage children, and help create a safe, nurturing environment.

This role offers a hands-on start in early childhood education with a family-centered team. Required: high school diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain; prior experience with infants is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Experience with infants and toddlers is a plus.
• Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting and floor activities.
• Background check and WV licensing requirements; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
