The Learning Experience in Franklin, TN is hiring an Assistant Teacher to implement curriculum, maintain a safe and engaging classroom, and communicate with families. You will create a warm, supportive environment where children feel encouraged to explore and learn.

Responsibilities include building positive relationships with families, planning age-appropriate activities, guiding social, emotional, language, and cognitive development, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required, unless state requires otherwise.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood education preferred.
• Leadership experience in a classroom is a plus.
