Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in preparing and delivering instructional materials and activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance, progress, and behavior logs.
• Support students individually or in small groups, including those requiring special accommodations such as sign language.
• Facilitate creative writing exercises and other learning activities to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement classroom management strategies and promote teamwork.
• Utilize data analysis tools such as SPSS to help assess student performance and inform instructional adjustments.
• Participate in leadership and team meetings to contribute ideas and support school initiatives.
• Ensure the learning center is organized, safe, and conducive to student learning.
