Job summary

Learning Care Group in Wayne, NJ is seeking Assistant Teachers to support a caring classroom environment where children learn through play. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a clean, engaging space, and partner with families to support every child’s development.

You will observe and plan for children, participate in training on childcare and child development, and work a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Meet state and accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
