Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to join a caring, child-centered team. You will follow licensing guidelines and create a fun, organized classroom while supporting daily care for every child.

You will develop observation and planning skills, communicate with families, and participate in extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics as part of a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
