Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children in a licensed setting. You will follow licensing guidelines and company standards to maintain a safe, engaging classroom, while observing and planning for each child and communicating with families.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
