Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to support a nurturing classroom where safety, learning, and fun come first. You will work Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends, and enjoy benefits such as health coverage and a 401(k) plan.

This role emphasizes following licensing guidelines, engaging with children, and communicating with families to foster daily growth. You will build skills through extensive training, gain credentials, and participate in the Master Teacher Program

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Develop observation, assessment and planning skills; communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare and child development topics.

Responsabilités

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
