Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers in Eagan, MN. You will support daily care, engage children with structured activities, and help maintain a safe, clean classroom in line with licensing standards.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with full-time benefits including immediate health insurance (medical, dental, vision), paid time off, and a 401K with company match. Part-time roles have limited medical coverage and education assistance is available to all employees.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $17.69 - $19.29 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
