Assistant Teacher Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans.
2. Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
3. Prepare classroom materials and ensure safety and cleanliness.
4. Supervise children and provide individualized support.
5. Communicate with parents about their child’s progress and activities.
6. Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
7. Support routine childcare tasks to promote a nurturing learning environment.
