Looking to make a difference in an innovative and dynamic non-profit agency? UCP of Central Florida unlocks the potential of thousands of children each year at our campuses, pediatric therapy clinics, and parent support programs.
This position works in an ESE K-5th grade classroom supporting classes of approximately 9 students with more intense behavior needs with a 1:3 ratio of staff to students. The primary role of the paraprofessional is to collaborate closely with the teacher and other paraprofessionals to implement tailored strategies to support students in achieving high levels academically, socially, and emotionally.
