Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking energetic Assistant Teachers in West Orange, NJ to help care for children in a structured, safe environment. You will keep a clean, engaging classroom and follow all licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will observe and plan for children, communicate with families, and complete training on childcare and development topics. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive wages and benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.40-$17.03 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
