Imagine Early Learning Centers is seeking an Assistant Teacher in Brooklyn, NY to join our employee-owned team in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will participate in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, ensure licensing and NAEYC guideline compliance, and communicate effectively with families, staff, and the board. Experience in early childhood education and knowledge of NAEYC standards are valued.

Qualificações

• CDA or Associate Degree in Early Childhood, Elementary, Special Education, preferred or in progress.
• Previous experience teaching children in an Early Childhood program preferred.
• Previous experience with NAEYC standards and the accreditation process a plus.

Imagine Early Learning Centers seeks an Assistant Teacher at Imagine Early Learning Centers. Our center is a safe, nurturing, fun and friendly environment.

We are seeking an experienced and creative professional looking to join a team providing the highest quality, educational childcare for working families.

Participate in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum

Ensure compliance with licensing and NAEYC guidelines

Effective communication with families, staff and board

Ability to meet physical requirements of position which include lifting children, pushing strollers/buggies, sitting on the floor and year-round daily outdoor activities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

CDA or Associates Degree in Early Childhood, Elementary, Special Education, preferred or in progress

Previous experience teaching children in an Early Childhood program preferred

Previous experience with NAEYC standards and the accreditation process a plus
