Child Development Schools in Maumelle, AR is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth.

You will help maintain a safe, clean classroom, engage with children during daily routines, and observe developmental progress while communicating with families and supporting documentation such as attendance and reports.

Assistant Teacher -- Maumelle, AR

As an Assistant Teacher at Child Development Schools, you will help create a classroom filled with discovery, creativity, learning, and joy. Working alongside your Lead Teacher, you will support young learners through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth. From hands-on activities and storytelling to everyday learning moments, you will help shape a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore the world around them.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements

Pay And Benefits

Pay: $10-$12.75 per hour, based on experience and education.
