Job summary

Child Development Schools in Maumelle, AR is seeking a Lead Teacher to own a classroom and be the primary educator for children ages 1-5. You will create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment that supports social, emotional, and academic growth.

Lead Teacher -- Maumelle, AR

Your role

As a Lead Teacher at Child Development Schools, you will take ownership of a classroom and be the primary educator for the children and families in your care. Your day-to-day focus will be on creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment where children develop socially, emotionally, and academically.

What You Will Do

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with developmental milestones for the age group 1-5
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements at all times
• Observe and document each child's development and communicate progress regularly with families

Pay and benefits

Pay: $13-$15 per hour, based on experience and education.
