You will work with the Lead Teacher to support young learners through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth. You will assist with hands-on activities, storytelling, meals, transitions, and outdoor time while helping maintain a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe and excited

• Deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities with Lead Teacher.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom meeting licensing/ratio needs.
• Engage directly with kids during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through daily communication.
• Assist with attendance and daily reports.

Assistant Teacher -- Little Rock, AR

Your role

Working alongside your Lead Teacher, you will support young learners through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth. From hands-on activities and storytelling to everyday learning moments, you will help shape a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore the world around them.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Engage directly with kids during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports

Pay And Benefits

Pay: $10-$12.75 per hour, based on experience and education.
